Marketec Data Deletion Portal

This portal allows users of the Marketec Lookup mobile application to request the permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to Request Deletion

Fill out your Client Key and Username below.
Briefly state your Reason for deletion.
Click Submit Request to notify our support team.

Data Removal & Retention

What is deleted: Upon a verified request, Computologic will permanently remove:

Login Credentials: Your Username and Password from our secure system.
User Identifiers: Your unique User ID and account profile.
Sync History: Personal identifiers linked to your product lookup history.

Processing Time: Data is permanently scrubbed within 30 days of a verified request. Note: This action cannot be undone.
