Data Deletion Request | Computologic Marketec

This portal allows users of the Marketec Lookup mobile application to request the permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data in accordance with Google Play's User Data Policy.

Data Removal & Retention

What is deleted: We store minimal user data. Upon a verified request, Computologic will permanently remove:

Login Credentials: Your Username and Password will be completely purged from our Firestore database.
User Identifiers: Your unique User ID and account profile.
Location Data: Any approximate or precise location logs synced to the server.

Retention Period: All requested data is permanently scrubbed within 30 days of request receipt. Once the account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
